Accepted methods of payment. For non-residents payments will be held only through online credit cards in US dollars through a secured payment system (PayPal). Please note any credit card transaction will appear on your statement as PAYPAL *FUNDACIONPA.
Invoice. If invoice is required, make sure to provide invoice details when requested in the e-commerce site before you finalise the purchase.
NOTICE: Please make different purchase transactions for Companions or any product that you do not wish to include in your invoice. Companions are required to fill in a different Registration Form (COMPANION FORM) down below.
Cancellations are only accepted in written form by email (organisers@isbcw-iguazu.com). Cancellations received before 1 March 2023 will receive a full refund, less an administration charge. Thereafter refunds will not be available. However, you may nominate a substitute participant without additional cost until 30 April 2023.
No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
